Cognitive delivery · founder-first

Drive your whole company with agents, from one place.

Jared is the operating system for founders who build with AI. Write what's on your mind; it files the work, drives your tools and sets the agents going. You approve what matters. Everything stays on the record.

The Jared workbench: one thing in motion, Claude fixing the parser with a live step log, the seven-stop loop underneath, agents and spend in the rail
The workbench. One thing needs you at a time. Claude is mid-fix with every step on the record; the loop shows where the work is; spend sits against your cap in the corner.
/journal
The journal page: a hand-written morning entry with three highlighted phrases filed as an issue, an idea and a calendar hold
The journal. Write the messy truth once; Jared files an issue, an idea and a calendar hold from it. Nothing consequential moves without you.
/home
Home: portfolio glance with waiting-on-you count, agents active, spend against cap, and one card per project with honest status
Home. Everything at a glance: what waits on you, who is working, what it costs. Each card is the honest state of one bet.
/product · data
Product data lens: capability radar of current versus target, readiness ring at 82 percent with failing checks named, ships-next list and coverage by journey
Ready to ship? Capability against target, readiness checked automatically on every change, and what ships next. Never self-reported.
/company · compliance
Compliance: controls satisfied from evidence, coverage by framework including UK GDPR and PECR, and a do-these-next list with effort estimates
Compliance without the consultancy. Coverage by framework from evidence, and the highest-leverage next actions, sized honestly.
The shift

Agents made building cheap. The hard part moved.

A founder can now direct a fleet of agents that write code faster than anyone can read it. The bottleneck isn't building any more. It's deciding what to build, knowing what's safe to ship, and keeping every tool in step. GitHub and the pull request were made for teams of people, not one founder steering a fleet. Jared is built for the new shape of the work.

01

Type what's in your head

Write freely, the way you think. Jared reads it and files the work: an issue here, an idea there, a hold in your calendar. The consequential things wait for your nod.

02

One source of truth

Notes, backlog, issues, a board and a calendar, all native. Notion, ClickUp, GitHub and your calendar connect as reach, so your tools follow your work, not the other way round.

03

Know what changed, and if it's safe

Every change comes back in plain English: what it does, what moved, and a safety verdict a non-developer can read. Approve or revert in one tap. No wall of code.

04

Everything on the record

Who did what, human or which agent, reviewed or not. Governance and audit built in, so you can show a customer or a regulator exactly how a thing came to be.

The surfaces

The surfaces you'd expect, and the one you didn't.

Everything a founder needs to run the work, in one calm place. The journal is the one you won't find anywhere else.

Not just your code. Your whole operation.

Jared turns the machinery underneath into pictures a founder can read. A live map of your codebase, an architecture board, a governance city, a compliance pack ready for an auditor. Generated from what you already do, on your machine.

Your machine, or ours

Bring your own setup, or never touch a terminal.

However you like to work, Jared runs the agents for you. A terminal lives in the app for the moments you want to drop down.

One founder should never get a surprise bill. Bring your own model keys, set a cap, and anything over it waits for your say-so.

  • The daily loop: journal to filed work to decisions to the record
  • Change review with the leash: agents propose, you approve
  • The full record — never truncated, export any time
Not included: more products, the portfolio and company surfaces, integrations, managed machines.
free during the beta

£29 /month at launch
You pay for the operating system: every surface, every area you run.
  • Everything in Connected
  • Unlimited products and the portfolio Home
  • All three agents side by side, agent and model picker
  • Product, Company, Compliance and Signals surfaces
  • Calendar and the development calendar
  • Integrations and triggers — rolling out through the beta
  • Every machine you own, connected · priority support
Beta members keep £29 for their first year.
Managed
Founder + metered
You pay for the machine: Jared runs a box so agents work while your laptop is shut.
  • Everything in Founder
  • Managed boxes from £0.06/hour awake; pennies while asleep
  • Billed per second while running, auto-sleep on idle
  • A hard cap you set: it stops, never surprise-bills
  • Alerts at 75, 90 and 100%
Worked example: agents four hours a day ≈ £7/month. Machines arrive during the beta.

What about model costs?

On your own machines, agents use the plans you already have: Jared walks you through signing Claude Code and Codex into your own Claude and ChatGPT accounts — their login, on your machine; we never see or hold your credentials. For many founders the model bill is £0 on top. Gemini connects with your own API key.

On managed boxes, agents run on your own API keys — billed by the provider at cost. We add nothing and resell nothing. Every hand-off shows an estimate first, spend is metered live per agent and per task, and your cap is hard: work past it waits for your word instead of billing you.

Nothing is charged during the private beta; billing starts at public launch. Prices in GBP, plus VAT where it applies.
